Why you want this job
As our HR Programs Project Manager, you’ll manage the planning and execution of programs that touch associates across 1-800 Contacts, from engagement and performance to wellness, charitable giving, and the HR tools that support them.
We’re looking for someone who can take a goal, build a plan around it, bring the right people together, and keep the work moving. You’ll have plenty of partnership along the way, but you’ll also be trusted to manage your priorities, spot problems early, and figure out what needs to happen next.
