Terms and Conditions for ApplyChill

Welcome to ApplyChill (https://applychill.com). ApplyChill is owned and operated by Antreprenor Independent "DIMA HINEV" (IDNO: 1026023003751, IDNP: 2011089000911, registered address: Telenesti, Flutura, Republic of Moldova). By accessing or using our website, services, and software applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Service Description

ApplyChill is a B2C SaaS career utility that helps job seekers reduce stress through automated job description parsing, AI-assisted CV tailoring via Google Drive integration, and application tracking (Kanban board).

2. Account Registration & Auth

To use ApplyChill, you must authenticate via Google OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy

ApplyChill operates on a One-Time Purchase model processed securely via our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). We do not charge recurring automatic subscriptions. Payments are also subject to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

  1. Starter Plan ($9): Grants 50 AI CV optimizations/applications with credits valid for one year (365 days) from purchase.
  2. Ultra Plan ($29): Grants 1,500 AI CV optimizations/applications with credits valid for one year (365 days) from purchase.

Subsequent purchases extend the validity of any unused credits for an additional one year from the latest transaction date. Past applications and generated Google Docs remain stored and accessible indefinitely.

Refund Policy

  • Paid Plans (Starter & Ultra): Purchases for paid plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have generated 10 or fewer CVs (≤10 credits consumed) under the purchased plan.
  • Fair Abuse Limit: Refund requests made after generating more than 10 CVs or after 14 days from the date of purchase are non-refundable due to the immediate consumption of AI computing resources. To request a refund, contact [email protected] or initiate a request directly via your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

4. User Conduct & Google Integration

  • File Access: ApplyChill accesses only the Google Docs you explicitly select or documents generated by the platform under the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope. Your original master CV is never overwritten; ApplyChill generates new optimized copies.
  • Send Email Feature: You acknowledge that ApplyChill’s email helper only prepares email content (recipient, subject, body) in your Gmail client. You are solely responsible for reviewing the email and manually attaching your CV file before hitting send.

5. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  1. No Guarantee of Employment: ApplyChill is an optimization tool. We do not guarantee job interviews, callbacks, or employment offers.
  2. Accuracy of Content (No Hallucination Policy): While our AI is designed to tailor your real skills without fabricating experience, you are required to review all generated CV text before submitting it to employers. ApplyChill is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs.
  3. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyChill and its operator, Antreprenor Independent "DIMA HINEV", shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, logos, brand elements (including our mascot), and user interfaces are the intellectual property of Antreprenor Independent "DIMA HINEV". You retain full ownership of all CV contents, personal data, and documents you submit or generate through the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ApplyChill after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of ApplyChill shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Moldova, unless applicable mandatory local laws of the user's jurisdiction require otherwise.
