Introduction
We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems and networked equipment at customer sites. You'll serve as the face of our company in the field, combining strong technical acumen with excellent customer communication skills to deliver reliable, high-quality service.
This is a field-based role covering NYC and Northern New Jersey, with occasional travel to other states as needed. You'll work from home
