About the Role
We are seeking experienced, patient-focused Enrollment Specialists based the US or Korea, who speak both Korean and English, to join our remote team. In this role, you will speak with U.S.-based Medicare patients by phone, explain physician-recommended healthcare programs, answer questions, and enroll patients who choose to participate. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare organizations, Medicare Advantage plans, medical offices, or insurance call centers.
