Employee Experience Specialist

As People Experience Specialist, you will drive the operational execution of our global Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Facilities, and CSR initiatives. You will manage daily L&D workflows, maintain our 360Learning course catalog, support engagement survey logistics, coordinate learning events, handle day-to-day office facilities requests, and compile regulatory HR/CSE training reports. Reporting to the People Experience Lead and collaborating closely with HROps and HRBP, you will ensure our training processes, office facilities operations, onboarding workflows, and administrative compliance run efficiently, accurately, and smoothly.
