ABOUT THE ROLE

At 3Degrees, we help organizations large and small take action toward a decarbonized, prosperous future. The Environmental Markets (EM), Trade Operations team oversees all commodity supplies coming in and out of 3Degrees, and manages all operations behind the market transactions. The Trade Operations Analyst is an integral team member who will focus primarily on the delivery and retirement of supply for our commercial clients and utility partnerships. 

This is a full-time, exempt role reporting to our Trade Operations Manager, EM. We value camaraderie, team collaboration, and the benefits of in-person connection, while offering flexibility. For this role, we prefer candidates to join us in a voluntary, flexible hybrid work style in our San Francisco office. 

For exceptional remote candidates, we strongly prefer those located in states where we are currently eligible to hire: CA, OR, NY, WA, ME, TX, CO, MI, FL, MA, MN, VA, DC, GA, UT, and IL. While we prioritize candidates in, or open to relocating to, these states, we may consider outstanding remote candidates from other US states.
