Systems & IT Support Administrator (Amsterdam)
Summa Limited B. V. is seeking a Systems & IT Support Administrator to join our team. The Systems & IT Support Administrator will work in our Amsterdam office alongside other technologists. This role requires on-site presence 4 days per week, with 1 day available for remote work. We are seeking an individual that is searching for an opportunity to make a real impact, deliver value, and work within an experienced team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux desktops, laptops, Apple MacBook laptops, security tools and applications.
- Handle physical setup and install of hardware and provide user and desktop support.
- Install new software and hardware drivers and update existing ones on an as needed basis.
- Diagnose and repair hardware, operating system, and software issues; deploy patches and updates on Windows desktops and servers.
