Job description
As a senior associate, you will be working in direct contact with different stakeholders, including corporate clients and private equity firms, providing well-structured advice in the context of acquisition and disposal M&A processes.
You will be part of the team from the initial client meeting pitch, to analyses and closing of the deal
You will execute analyses and identify issues and key drivers that may be of relevance and could have an impact on the transaction
