We're hiring a Regional General Manager to own our North region, anchored in Chicago.
About the Role:
The Regional General Manager, North is responsible for 8Fleet's operations and growth across the North region, anchored in Chicago. The RGM North owns the end-to-end launch and success of new markets, hires and leads the Market Managers who run them day-to-day, and is the connective tissue between regional execution and company strategy, working in close, regular contact with 8Fleet's founders and executive team.
This role requires someone who can operate at 20,000 feet (regional strategy, market prioritization, resourcing) and then drop into the weeds of a single market's P&L or a driver-supply problem when needed. It's a builder's role: launching new markets from scratch, standing up teams, and contributing to best practices that other regions will follow.
