8Fleet is a Los Angeles–based technology and logistics company building the operational infrastructure behind modern rideshare fleets, both autonomous and non-autonomous. We operate in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Atlanta, and Miami.
We're hiring a Regional General Manager to own our West region, based at our Los Angeles HQ.
About the Role:
The Regional General Manager, West is responsible for 8Fleet's operations and growth across the West. These are some of our most established markets. The RGM West owns their performance end to end, hires and leads the Market Managers who run them day-to-day, and supports new market launches as the West expands. Based at HQ, you'll work in close, regular contact with 8Fleet's founders and executive team as the connective tissue between regional execution and company strategy.
This role requires someone who can operate at 20,000 feet (regional strategy, market prioritization, resourcing) and then drop into the weeds of a single market's P&L or a driver-supply problem when needed. It's an operator's and a builder's role: scaling our largest markets, raising the bar on how they run, and contributing to best practices that other regions will follow.
