We would like to hear from any interested solicitors, whether practicing locally or considering returning to Ireland, who have a genuine interest in sanctions, export controls, white collar crime or regulatory investigations, and, ideally, relevant PQE, in the range of 1-4 years, gained within a large, medium or boutique corporate law firm.
Our Sanctions & Export Controls group is the leading sanctions & export controls team in the Irish market. We specialise in advising domestic and international clients on the application of sanctions and export control laws, helping them identify, manage and mitigate legal, regulatory and commercial risks. The role involves providing strategic and practical advice on evolving sanctions regimes, export licensing requirements, compliance programmes, investigations/ prosecutions, reporting obligations and the impact of sanctions on commercial transactions. We combine this regulatory experience with our leading white-collar and litigation and disputes expertise to advise on the most complex, challenging and high-profile corporate crises for our Irish and international client base.
