Job Description
The Associate Director, Brand Marketing will be the one of the primary marketing leads for TrenibotE, owning the brand from launch readiness and market introduction through post-launch, day-to-day management and ongoing growth. This role will translate brand strategy into practical, high-impact execution, with a strong focus on field activation, close partnership with sales leadership and field teams, and the continuous development and optimization of customer-facing assets. The Associate Director will connect customer and field insights to brand decisions, ensure teams are equipped to execute effectively, and adapt plans and materials based on market response and performance.
