  • Establish clear strategic priorities and operating principles across pan-brand and indication teams to enable coordinated, high-quality execution.
  • Lead strategic resource allocation across cross-indication priorities and partner with the Alliance on pan-brand budget planning and management.
  • Synthesize market research, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics across DLBCL and FL to shape strategic choices, optimize performance, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and other cross-functional stakeholders to execute highly integrated pan-EPKINLY promotional and non-promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate with relevant franchises across the business unit to share strategic learnings, identify synergies, and align Marketing and Sales approaches where applicable.
  • Consistently triangulate market dynamics, stakeholder needs, indication priorities, and enterprise objectives to make strategic choices and determine the best course of action for the brand.
  • Influence and align multiple internal, external, and alliance stakeholders around a shared pan-EPKINLY strategic vision, priorities, and execution plan.
  • Lead and develop direct, indirect, and cross-functional team members, fostering collaboration and accountability across the brand.
