About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to own attorney recruiting from first contact to signed offer. This is not a coordinator role — you will build your own pipeline, source your own candidates, get on the phone, and close. You'll run a full desk: sourcing, screening, pitching, negotiating, and closing attorneys, with a monthly target of 15–20 hires. If you've run a recruiting desk before and know what it takes to hit a number every month, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting. Manage every stage of the hiring process for attorney roles — intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close — with minimal handholding.
