Research Scientist II - In Vivo Science

We are looking for a lab-based Research Scientist II to join our Vancouver team and become a bridge between our in vivo models and the biological insights that shape our pipeline’s future. Working alongside experienced pharmacologists, you will support the design, execution, and analysis of in vivo studies that reveal how our drug to candidates behave in physiologically relevant settings to inform important go/no-go decisions on our programs. This is hands-on, detail-driven science, and your rigour and curiosity will play a direct role in getting new medicines closer to the patients who need them.
How you might spend your days
- Working with team members and project teams to define the preclinical in vivo strategy to advance pipeline programs from hit identification through candidate selection
- Collaborating with the In Vivo Models Team to design, develop, and validate novel animal models to expand internal capabilities and capture complex disease biology
