ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

The Cleaning team are responsible for the cleanliness of the Centre, via management of the external contract. To ensure the cleaning operation maintains a safe and pleasant environment for our customers.

Main Duties

1. Internal cleaning of Multrees Walk – this includes back of house corridors / stairwells and common areas toilets

2. External cleaning of Multrees Walk – This includes deck scrubbing, litter picking, removal of weeds and regular checks to ensure that Multrees Walk is clean and tidy

3. Glass cleaning – Regular cleaning of the glazing to the 2 office entrances

4. Cleaning machine usage – external cleaning machine and smaller internal cleaning machine usage

5. Waste & Recycling – Collecting waste from tenants back of house areas and then taking to service road to segregate

6. Use of Balers – when recycling has been segregated these are baled ready for collection
