ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Dual Services Manager to join our team. As the Dual Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of security, cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and other contractual tasks at our client's Shopping Centre. You will ensure that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations and company policies and procedures. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Manage the contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures 

· Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and waste management are consistently achieved 

· Ensure both the security and cleaning teams are deployed in line with site rotas, communicating effectively   and managing & recording any incidents occurring on site. 

· Complete Monthly Reporting to include budget forecasts and monthly reconciliations 

· Provide professional support to the business in service-related matters
