ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE 

Electrically biased trades person based on site undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment, and building fabric. Based at LCY3 but may be asked to assist other nearby sites as required.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Multi-skilled trades person (preferably Electrically biased but will consider non-electrical multi-skilled)

based on site undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) installation and repair of mechanical

& electrical equipment and building fabric. The role is client-facing, so we will need someone with a

proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication and IT skills.

Main Duties:

• To carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Contract Manager. Including,

but not limited to fault finding, test, repair and preventative maintenance of electrical building

services equipment; and other electrical duties in support of the rest of the client team. Duties will
