Job Description
Abramson Labor Group is seeking an experienced Trial Representative to support our Workers’ Compensation practice. This individual must be based in or near Oakland, CA, and will be responsible for attending and handling trials throughout the CA Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workers’ Compensation litigation, including trial appearances, negotiation of settlements, handling QME evaluations, and preparing settlement documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare filed for trial including client preparation, strike process, determining trial posture, and filing all required pleadings.
