About the Role
The Community Outreach Specialist is responsible for driving referral growth and building strategic relationships for AbriCare’s personal home care services across North Kansas City, MO.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in personal home care or home health who understands how families access in-home support. You’ll serve as the face of AbriCare in the field, developing referral partnerships, educating the community on in-home care services, and consistently generating new client opportunities. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role focused on expanding access to personal care services and growing our presence in the market.
