KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring
• Assist with HR policy administration and employee communications, helping ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied
• Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records in HRIS/ATS systems
• Coordinate performance management processes, including review cycles, documentation, and follow-up with employees and managers<
