Manager, Business Development

The Position:

Absorb is seeking a dynamic Manager, Business Development to lead and develop our team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) as we continue to grow our outbound sales motion. As our business continues to grow, we are adding an additional manager to support team expansion, improve operational efficiency, and ensure we can successfully scale for future growth. As BDR Manager at Absorb LMS, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and scaling a high-performing outbound team. Reporting directly to our hands-on VP of Business Development, you'll lead by example—motivating reps, fine-tuning talk tracks, and driving results through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting. Leveraging your management skills and sales expertise to mentor your team to spark interest with prospects, and showcase the value of our Learning Management Solution.
