ACCEL Schools is hiring a highly qualified 6th-8th Grade Science Teacher at Capital City Sports Academy in Columbus, Ohio dedicated to providing a superior education for all students. We are seeking teachers who are passionate and dedicated to bringing the curriculum to life for each student. We want our teachers to be excited to create a positive classroom environment that prioritizes student learning and social-emotional development.
Capital City Sports Academy is a tuition-free public charter school serving grades K–8 in Columbus, Ohio. We build athletics into the academic day — not after it. Every student gets a double dose of reading and math in small groups, daily sports, and social-emotional learning that builds confidence, discipline, and character. Students compete in basketball, soccer, volleyball, cheerleading, and flag football, and every student makes the team.Capital City Sports Academy is part of ACCEL Schools, an established network of public charter schools serving K-12 students throughout the United States since 2014.
