About the Role
The Professional Services Project Management Specialist supports the successful delivery of software implementation projects for utilities, local governments, and other public sector organizations. Working within the Professional Services team, this role coordinates customer engagements involving Elements XS and Connect solutions, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer objectives.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Specific Responsibilities
- Coordinate software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project communications and stakeholder updates.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, project meetings, and customer workshops.
- Coordinate activities across delivery teams, including configuration, integrations, testing, reporting, and deployment.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items and help drive resolution. <
