As a graduate, you will work directly with clients on that question. You will join project teams taking AI from strategy through to delivery, help organisations understand what their data can do, and build the confidence to advise senior stakeholders on decisions that matter. The technical depth you bring will be put to work on real problems from the start.
This role is for people who want to understand a business, shape a solution and help make it happen.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for graduates who combine strong analytical and technical ability with the confidence to work directly with clients. The role requires both: people who can get into the detail of the latest frontier AI model, and people who can step back and explain what it means to a business audience.
We are looking for graduates who are familiar with any number of the following:
We are looking for graduates who are familiar with any number of the following:
- Knowledge of how data and AI can be used to solve business problems
- Experience with generative AI and agentic AI technologies
- Cloud data platform experience/knowledge (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Data science knowledge with any of Python, SAS, R, Scala, PySpark or other relevant coding language
- Knowledge of machine learning modelling techniques
- Knowledge of data warehouse tools and database technologies e.g., SQL, ETL, No-SQL and other big data technologies
- Experience in or knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Looker or Power BI
Familiarity across all technical areas is not expected.
As well as technical ability, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Structured thinking & the ability to break a complex problem into clear components
- Genuine curiosity about how organisations operate & where technology can help
- Strong verbal/written communication & presentation skills
- Ability to adapt and learn in a continuously changing environment
- Experience in team or leadership roles in extra-curricular activities
- Creativity, initiative, and a growth mindset

Where You'll Work
Accenture is a people first business which thrives on collaboration, knowledge sharing and building strong connections.
As a dynamic and constantly evolving business, we love the flexibility of a hybrid working model. However, due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the Ireland and sometimes outside of Ireland. You will be expected to work on client site or in your assigned office for a minimum of 1-2 days a week (but up to 5 depending on business and client requirements).
There is an expectation for all graduates to be based within a commutable distance of your assigned office which will be Dublin.
