Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, polished, and intuitive Club Millésime Manager to lead our exclusive executive lounge team and curate unforgettable luxury experiences for our guests.
Club Millésime is the signature executive lounge concept featured across Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, designed to offer an exclusive, high-end sanctuary for guests staying in Club rooms, suites and villas, as well as eligible top-tier Accor Live Limitless loyalty members.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Rooms you will serve as the heart of Club Millésime, ensuring every detail, from morning check-ins to evening aperitifs, exudes sophistication, warmth, and seamless excellence.
Your responsibilities includes:
Lead and manage the daily operations of Club Millésime Lounge to ensure Sofitel’s signature luxury service standards shine in every interaction.
Oversee every aspect of the guest journey, from seamless personalized arrivals to refined food and beverage services, creating a beautifully welcoming and exclusive sanctuary.
Supervise, inspire, and empower our lounge team, including Attendants, and Butlers, to deliver gracious, intuitive, and anticipatory service from the heart.
Maintain a warm, engaging presence during peak times to connect with guests, anticipate their desires, and ensure tailored personal care.
Coordinate seamlessly with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to foster harmonious communication and operational excellence across the resort.
Keep a thoughtful eye on daily lounge ambiance, presentation, and details to ensure our environment reflects Sofitel’s distinctive aesthetic and polish.
Address guest feedback and handle service recovery with natural empathy, discretion, and a proactive desire to turn challenges into delighted experiences.
Nurture, train, and mentor the team in luxury etiquette, cultural awareness, and warm communication to support their professional growth.
Uphold operational policies, financial guidelines, and health and safety practices to ensure a safe, smooth, and trustworthy environment.
Review guest feedback and satisfaction insights with care to continuously elevate and refine our service offerings.
Oversee lounge inventory and operational reporting with clarity and mindfulness.
Prepare thoughtful operational reports that highlight guest preferences, team milestones, and fresh opportunities for guest delight.
Conduct energizing daily briefings to align cross departmental teams on VIP movements, upcoming events, and special guest moments.
Safeguard guest privacy with complete discretion while maintaining the highest level of professional warmth and integrity at all times.
Qualifications
Bring at least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including 2 or more years inspiring a team within an Executive Lounge, Front Office, or Guest Relations role.
Possess deep, intuitive knowledge of luxury guest service protocols, etiquette, and butler artistry, with the credibility to set the standard for others.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a genuine passion for guest service.
Show a proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach multicultural teams.
Display strong organizational and time-management skills, along with meticulous attention to detail.
Uphold a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion at all times.
Bring experience using Opera Cloud or other Property Management Systems (PMS) as an added advantage.
Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Communicate effortlessly in fluent spoken and written English, with additional languages considered a plus.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
