Job Description

Company Description

🌍 Join Accor – a professional journey at the heart of a committed, international and transforming group

ALL Accor is the Group's loyalty and lifestyle programme, bringing together over 100 million members worldwide and offering a rich ecosystem of benefits across hospitality, travel, dining, entertainment, and partner rewards. Delivering truly memorable, differentiated experiences is at the heart of making ALL Accor more experiential and less transactional — strengthening emotional connection with members and deepening their engagement with the programme.

Job Description

Within the Loyalty ENA team, the Senior Manager ALL Accor Member Experiences is responsible for maximising Accor's sponsorship assets to create unique, exclusive experiences for ALL Accor members across ENA. By transforming assets such as Accor Arena, OVO Wembley Arena, and SailGP into curated member experiences — including Limitless Experiences, "money can't buy" moments unavailable through any other channel — this role directly enriches the ALL Accor value proposition and drives programme burn. The role also leads the ENA deployment of the new ALL Accor experience platform, encourages hotels to create in-hotel experiences in collaboration with the Go-to-Market ENA team, and works closely with Global Loyalty, Global Sponsoring, and the Brand Content & Social Media team to showcase and amplify these experiences.

Member Experience Strategy & Limitless Experiences

  • Define and lead the ALL Accor Member Experiences strategy for ENA, positioning experiences as a core pillar of the programme's value proposition
  • Maximise Accor's sponsorship assets to design and curate Limitless Experiences — exclusive "money can't buy" moments that elevate ALL Accor beyond a transactional loyalty programme
  • Deploy engagement mechanics such as auctions and prize draws to maximise member participation, reach, and points burn

Experience Platform & Event agency management

  • Lead the ENA deployment of the new ALL Accor experience platform, coordinating with global and technical teams
  • Work with the Go-to-Market ENA team to encourage hotels to create and list exclusive in-hotel experiences on the platform
  • Drive the group event agency and the consultants working for the ENA region

Global Collaboration — Sponsoring & Loyalty

  • Work closely with the Global Sponsoring team to access and maximise sponsorship assets for member experience purposes
  • Collaborate with the Global Loyalty team to ensure ENA initiatives are consistent with global strategy
  • Represent ENA in global workstreams related to experiential loyalty and sponsorship activation

Communication & Amplification

  • Lead the monthly CRM newsletter dedicated to member experiences, curating the portfolio and briefing the CRM team
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager and Manager ALL Accor Brand Content & Social Media to amplify experiences through influencer campaigns and social media
  • Ensure experiences are compellingly showcased across all relevant touchpoints
  • Improve their awareness working on the overall strategy and audience targeting to market them better

Performance Monitoring

  • Own performance tracking of ALL Accor member experiences in ENA, with points burned as the primary KPI
  • Monitor platform engagement, auction and prize draw participation, and newsletter performance
  • Prepare regular reports for the VP and contribute to broader loyalty programme reporting

Qualifications

  • Experience in experiential marketing, loyalty, events, or sponsorship activation
  • Experience deploying or managing a consumer-facing digital platform is a strong plus
  • Good understanding of CRM, influencer marketing, and social media amplification
  • Familiarity with loyalty burn mechanics and points-based reward structures
  • Professional experience: 5–7 years in experiential marketing, loyalty, events, or sponsorship
  • Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Marketing, Communications, Events, or Business
  • International exposure: Multi-country experience is a plus
  • Languages: French and English mandatory
