As our Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership and guidance in coordination with executive and technical leadership.
• Supervise, mentor, and support field service staff.
• Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and administrative procedures (time sheets, expense reports, certifications, documentation).
• Coordinate and monitor overall efficiency of field service operations.
• Communicate schedule changes and service updates to customers and vendors.
