What to expect:

• You work in consulting and software development projects for well-known large German customers such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn and ZDF.

• You design, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the software development process (e.g., LLMs, agent-based frameworks, code generation, and test automation).

• You use well-known technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Spring, Kotlin, Maven, Gradle, JUnit, etc.

• You build enterprise Java applications using agentic methods

• You develop environments for projects: rule files, context documentation, MCP server configurations, and scaffolding that optimises AI collaboration

• You review and validate AI-generated code with a critical eye—understanding failure modes, common hallucinations, and quality indicators

• You take on the technical leadership of a project team and share your knowledge through me
