Chief of Staff / Executive Operations Director
Overview:
AccuWeather is seeking a Chief of Staff / Executive Operations Director for Founder & Executive Chair Dr. Joel N. Myers. This is an intense, in-person, demanding, proactive, and transformational executive role — not a conventional administrative or support position — built to multiply the impact of an active Founder & Executive Chair of a well-known high technology and media company. The role reports solely to Dr. Myers and is accountable to him, while operating with full respect for and support of the CEO’s authority to run the company. You will be working directly with one of the top entrepreneurs in American history, converting his strategic, commercial, marketing, product, and customer insight into focused initiatives and measurable results.
Role:
- manage complex, high-volume Executive calendar
- manage Executive correspondence and ensure Executive’s time aligns with priorities
- assist with meeting preparation including briefings, meeting materials, agenda creation, daily reports, and follow-up actions
