Development Manager

As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for running the development operations for one or more products. Several squads sit in your team, each with its own Development Lead. You are responsible for what your squads build, how well they build it, and how the people in them are doing. We strive to be one of the best engineering operations, and we would rather try new things than copy what everyone else does. You step into a team with a strong foundation already in place — your job is to build on it: grow the team, develop the people in it, and keep the energy high as your area expands.
