You start with Sweden, end to end. The automations, the programs, the standards — yours. Then six markets run on what you built. This isn't tidying up someone else's architecture and quietly resenting their naming conventions. It's scaling our engine globally during the high-growth phase

You'll have our CRM & Insights Manager next to you as a sparring partner. You bring the technical craft. You'll spot pipeline bottlenecks and turn them into initiatives that activate our database — if that's the part that gets you out of bed, you're the right
