Product Designer

Every day, our platform powers millions of recognition moments for global, multi-generational workforces.  As a Product Designer in our Member Experience domain, you will be the full-time designer for our Campaigns and Recognition teams, working alongside the Product Managers and engineers on each. You will design the experiences people use to recognize one another and the experiences our customers use to run campaigns, from the first question about the problem through to shipped work and what we learn from it. The work spans web and mobile and is built on our design system. You will work within an agile team, take on well-defined design work, bring your own ideas to how it gets solved, and grow your skills with support from the senior designers on the team.     Learn more about our platform: https://www.achievers.com/platform/
