Senior Software Engineer, Shared Services ⭐

Join our Shared Services team: the platform architecture team that every feature team quietly depends on. This team owns Achievers' base services and base libraries, including system-search (the platform's global search), system-notification, and the cron-mgmt scheduling framework, that other feature teams integrate with to ship their own products. Shared Services also owns the UAT environment for the platform, including the refresh and clone functionality that keeps UAT usable and current for every team testing against it. If you're energized by building for builders — designing services and libraries that are reliable, well-documented, and pleasant for other engineering teams to integrate with, this is the team.   Please note that this is a back-end focused role. Successful candidates will be able to bring a strong backend engineering background and be excited about continuing to deepen their expertise in backend and platform development. At this time, this role is not intended as a transition role for engineers whose primary experience and career interests are front-end-focused.
