America is reindustrializing. New plants, new energy projects, supply chains coming back onshore. All of it runs on people, and the companies building it cannot hire fast enough. That is the problem Achilles solves.
Achilles is an applied AI company building agents for the teams that hire the frontline workforce. Our agent, Sam, owns the hiring pipeline end to end: sourcing candidates, running multilingual voice and text interviews, building real resumes from what candidates actually say, and scheduling final interviews with hiring managers. No human touches the process until a qualified candidate is on the calendar.
We work with the core companies across the industrial ecosystem, including some of the largest manufacturers in the country. They use Achilles one of two ways: run the platform themselves, or hand the entire hiring process to us through AI Native Recruiting Services, where Achilles operates as their recruiting team. We are at 7 figures in ARR, we have doubled every quarter, and we are on track to double again by end of year. The services line is closing deals in days and weeks instead of months, at 5x the ACV.
