We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician 3 to join our team at The Boulevard, a 216-unit community located in Florence, Kentucky. As a Maintenance Technician 3 at Ackermann Group, you must possess strong tactical and technical ability to effectively & efficiently troubleshoot and repair all operational, mechanical, and structural needs of the property including but not limited to: pools, plumbing, appliance, electrical and carpentry. They must possess adequate proficiency and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service.
