Data Analyst

Role: Full-time, on-site 4 days/week (1 day remote)

Location: Etobicoke, Ontario (Airport area)

Comp: $70,000-$80,000 base + bonus + benefits

How We Work

Data should drive decisions, not sit in dashboards.

This role reports to the Director of IT and works across Finance, Sales, and Marketing to provide visibility into performance and help guide decision-making.

You’ll own reporting and analytics across the business, building dashboards, working with large datasets, and partnering with stakeholders to understand what’s driving results.

This is a hands-on role with a strong execution focus, but you’ll also be expected to go beyond reporting and help teams understand what the data means
