Lead the Team. Raise the Standard. Drive Results.
You know what it takes to run a successful installation operation: prepared crews, clear expectations, quality workmanship, and a leader who earns the team’s trust.
At Action Garage Door, we’re looking for an experienced Installation Manager to lead our residential and commercial installation teams. If you’ve built your career in garage doors, construction, or another skilled trade—and have a track record of developing people and improving field performance—this is an opportunity to put that experience to work.
You’ll own the day-to-day performance of the installation department, helping crews work safely, complete jobs correctly, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Working closely with our Installation Coordinator, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams, you’ll keep jobs moving and address challenges before they become costly delays.
Bring your leadership, technical knowledge, and commitment to quality. Help us build a department that delivers results and a team that takes pride in its work.
