Must have a quiet designated work area and fast internet.   Schedule: Monday to Friday:10am-7pm or 11am-8pm    Compensation: $19 to $21 per hour   Summary: Provide a high level of customer service while assisting clients and vendors with maintenance requests, accounting questions, and other general questions over the phone, chat, and email daily.     What You’ll Do (Job Duties) Available to receive all incoming calls while following any necessary scripts and meeting standards. 60-80 calls a day. Listen to voicemails and process appropriately. Assist with handling chats from residents. Process incoming emails from managers, vendors, and homeowners. Create work orders
