Our success is fueled by a team of nearly 900 dedicated team members who genuinely love what they do and are dedicated to helping homeowners thrive and love where they live.   Action is seeking Full-Time Engineering Supervisor to join our Los Angeles Engineering Team.     Compensation: $125k to $130k   Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM   Summary: The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Action Maintenance Services program and operations across a portfolio of high-rise and mid-rise properties. This role involves providing technical expertise, training staff, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Engineering Supervisor will also be responsible for responding to emergencies and supporting the Regional Manager of Engineering as directed.
