Workday Financials Certified Consultant (ERP / Finance)

Adapt1 is a Workday services partner helping organizations design, deploy and optimize Workday Financial Management. We are growing our Workday Finance team and looking for certified Workday Financials consultants who wants to work on end-to-end implementations and post-go-live optimization projects across North America, EMEA and APAC

As a Workday Financials Consultant, you will work directly with client finance teams to translate business requirements into Workday configuration, lead functional workstreams, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

What you will do

• Lead or support the configuration of Workday Financials modules (General Ledger / Financial Accounting, Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Business Assets, Projects).
• Run requirements-gathering and design workshops with client finance and accounting stakeholders.
• Build the Foundation Data Model (FDM), business processes, security roles and reports.
• Support data conversion, integration testing, end-user testing and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and propose solutions aligned with Workday best practices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help develop junior consultants.
