The Role

We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Practice Lead to shape and grow our UK capability while remaining hands on in client delivery.

This is a senior, commercially minded role combining technical leadership, practice development, people management, project delivery, and pre-sales. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their business needs, translate complex data and AI challenges into effective technical solutions, and lead the delivery of high-quality outcomes. You’ll be expected to spend a significant proportion of your time working directly with clients and project teams, with a target of at least 60% client-facing delivery. Alongside thi
