The role is typically 15 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 11:00-14:00), with occasional flexibility required during board meetings, events, and other office activities. You'll work alongside a great team and have a unique opportunity to develop your skills within a global organization on an exciting growth journey.
We hope you are ready to change the game! Be ready to:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Copenhagen office and help ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
Prepare and coordinate daily lunch arrangements, including setting up dining areas and ensuring everything is ready for employees.
Welcome guests and support a positive office experience for visitors and colleagues.
Keep all office areas presentable, organized, and running smoothly.
Solve administrative questions and support Adformers daily.
Manage office supplies, inventory, deliveries, and purchasing of necessary materials.
Communicate maintenance and repair issues with property management and external vendors, helping ensure everything works smoothly in the office.
Handle general administrative tasks, business correspondence, documentation, and various ad hoc office-related errands.
Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:
Experience in office administration, hospitality, customer service, coordination, or a similar support role.
A service-minded attitude and genuine enjoyment of helping others.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day office operations.
Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive and flexible mindset with a willingness to support a variety of office-related tasks.

Experience working in an international environment and collaborating with people from different cultures.
Our promise to you:
A dynamic, inspiring, and international environment filled with ambitious and caring colleagues.
