Position Overview

• Advantmed is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across RFPs, digital marketing, sales enablement, trade shows and events, and marketing operations.
• This role will independently manage projects from planning through completion and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Client Success, and other cross-functional teams to execute high-quality marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who can manage multiple priorities, proactively identify next steps, meet deadlines, and produce polished, accurate, and on-brand work.
