Job Summary
The HR Coordinator works closely with the Manager of Human Resources to provide administrative and operational support for a wide range of HR functions across both the LA Kings and Ontario Reign. This role is responsible for supporting daily HR activities, including onboarding and offboarding, recruitment, payroll processing, employee record maintenance, training coordination, processing employee status changes, responding to employee inquiries, and assisting managers with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
