As Team Lead Production at AEGIR-Marine, you stand at the operational core of our technical execution. You lead a multidisciplinary team consisting of both office-based Production Engineers and hands-on Workshop Engineers. From initial technical assessments and project preparation to final assembly, testing, and dispatch, you ensure our customer projects are technically sound, delivered on time, and built to the highest quality standards. You empower your team, break operational silos, and continuously optimize our internal production and repair processes.
Your Responsibilities
You provide day-to-day functional leadership, oversee technical integrity, and serve as the vital operational bridge between production and other departments:
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and support the Production Team. Set daily priorities, manage workload distribution, and foster a collaborative environment to help team members grow.
Technical Oversight & Quality: Review and approve technical assessments, engineering drawings, and production documentation. Identify risks or omissions early, act as the escalation point for complex techn
