Join AFCA as a Sessional Ombudsman and make a meaningful impact in Investment and Advice (I&) disputes.

The I&A decision-making team at AFCA, led by Lead Ombudsman, Shail Singh, plays a pivotal role in resolving complex complaints and working closely with regulatory, industry and consumer stakeholders to address key issues affecting the investment and advice sector.
