Manager, Software Engineering (Marketplace Performance)

We’re evolving our marketplace by building Affirm's first fully-featured ads platform to make a best in class shopping destination for our merchants and customers. We know that by pairing consumer insights, segmentation and personalization with our vast network of merchants, we can achieve that goal. The Marketplace Performance team owns the foundation of several key monetization artifacts that drive GMV for the company. We work cross-functionally to achieve these goals by closely partnering with our Revenue, TAM, CSM and Merchant partners. This team plays a large role in making Affirm marketplace the destination consumers trust and turn to for discovery, comprehension and shopping.
What You'll Do
· You will be responsible for setting technical strategy for your team on a year-long time scale, and help your team tie it together with critical, business-impacting projects.
· You will collaborate across teams in the product development lifecycle by collaborating with product management, design & analytics to ensure technical sustainability, risks and trade-offs are well understood
