Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Marketing & Privacy Engineering)

Marketing & Privacy Engineering (MPE) builds trusted, privacy-aware consumer web experiences and measurement systems that enable sustainable growth. Within MPE, the Marketing pillar owns Affirm’s Logged-Out Web experiences, web experimentation, client-side tagging, marketing technology integrations, attribution, and measurement. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build the data and measurement foundations that connect consumer acquisition activity across paid media, SEO/AEO, and other growth channels to downstream outcomes such as signup, conversion, and GMV. You will work at the intersection of data engineering and marketing technology, building reliable pipelines, identity and event data systems, attribution and conversion measurement, and integrations across our marketing and data ecosystems. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Data Engineering so that consent, tagging, identity, and consumer-data requirements are incorporated into measurement architecture from the start.
