Marketing & Privacy Engineering (MPE) builds trusted, privacy-aware consumer web experiences and measurement systems that enable sustainable growth. Within MPE, the MarTech pillar owns Affirm’s Logged-Out Web experiences, web experimentation, client-side tagging, marketing technology integrations, attribution, and measurement. As a Software Engineer II on MPE, you will build and improve high-traffic consumer web experiences while contributing to the experimentation, instrumentation, and marketing integrations that help Affirm understand and grow consumer acquisition. You will work in a modern web stack across React, TypeScript, shared component systems, testing, performance, and observability, with opportunities to develop deeper expertise in technologies such as Google Tag Manager, analytics and experimentation platforms, conversion tracking, and marketing APIs. You will partner with senior engineers as well as Product, Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Data Engineering to ship reliable experiences and ensure measurement and privacy requirements are considered during development.
